Proposal submission.
Dear students,
Hereafter the instructions for proposal submission:
Date: Sunday 24 october 2010.
Time: 10:00 - 13:00. Please make sure you submit on time. Delays will be penalized.
Place: Akheela (Research Assistant) office. Building 20, 2nd Floor, room no. 94.
Copies:
• 5 hard copies to be handed in by one of the group members. One copy is for your supervisor, three copies are for your committee members, and the last copy is for the projects coordinator.
• Since other academic staff may be interested in reading your proposals, please submit 1 soft copy to ksu.it.project@gmail.com and the subject of your mail must include the following:
1- Group Number
2- Project Number
3- Project Title
4- Supervisor Name

**URGENT** LAST CALL and request for Dania Al Madani.
Dear students,
This is a last call for groups: 2, 6, 7, 11, 14, 16, 18, 20 and 22 to send me their FINAL choices form (I put an announcement on tuesday to resend me your choices after minor changes on Project1 list ideas. See previous call) If I don't receive your choices form today thursday 14 october before 12:00 pm , I will use the old one for groups that have already send me their form before. For those missing I will assign remaining projects to them. Again, please use LAST VERSION of Project1 ideas file (Projects numbers are very important).

I advise you to put at least 22 choices, otherwise you will be assigned a project that you didn't put in your preferences. Also I remind you that it is mandatory to put your team number (the number I have assigned to each group).

Automatic Survey Management System: This project is about developing a fully
automatic system to give support in the assessment process. The prospective tool
should provide the following services:
· Survey generation
· Survey processing
· Report generation in terms of statistics and Graphics
The targeted surveys are:
· Course learning outcomes surveys
· Capstone surveys
· Exit survey
· Alumni survey
· Employer survey if possible

Dear Students,
Please download the last version of Project1 ideas.
Doctors that are not listed in the list are not going to supervise projects this semester. However, Dr. Areej and Dr. Mezna have been approached by their groups since last semester and their projects are already assigned.
Sections with the mention "to be defined soon" are related to missing proposals. I'm still waiting to get doctors' missing ideas as soon as possible.
